What is a E-Ink / E-Paper picture frame – and what is different about APHEUM?

A E-Ink or E-Paper picture frame uses a reflective display that does not light up like a classic screen. APHEUM was specially developed for black and white photography and with Deep-Grayscale creates the appearance of 255 shades of gray instead of 16 with standard E-Ink. This makes transitions, details and shadows appear much finer.

Is Frame M a wireless, battery-powered digital photo frame?

Yes. Frame M is a wireless, battery-operated digital photo frame and does not require a power cable. It runs on AAA batteries and can be placed anywhere in the room. Without lithium!

How does the control via WLAN and app work?

Motifs and collections are managed in the APHEUM app and transferred to the frame via WiFi. The page also states that the Lifetime License for the Private Collection is included in the purchase
