Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Portugal.

Shipping Costs

Deliveries within Germany:
Shipping costs: €12

International deliveries:
Shipping costs for international deliveries are charged at the following flat rates:

EU: €16
Norway / Switzerland: €24 (additional customs duties may apply)
United Kingdom: €19 (additional customs duties may apply)

Delivery Times

The delivery time stated in the respective offer applies.

Delivery periods begin upon conclusion of the contract or, where advance payment has been agreed, from the time you issue your payment instruction. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Unless a different delivery period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 3 to 5 days and for international deliveries within 5 to 7 days.

For items that are made to order, individually configured or pre-ordered, the delivery times stated in the respective offer are understood to be the total delivery times, including production time and subsequent shipping time.

Further Payment Details

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
